I would recommend including a flowchart to capture your expectations regarding how the LMS will integrate with your company’s business rules. This flow could include:
- The sources where a need for learning may originate

- How the request for learning is communicated to the student, his/her supervisor, and HR

- How the learning is accessed

- How and to whom the results of the learning event are communicated back to the student, his/her supervisor, and HR

- How the student’s performance and feedback is archived and who/how the records may be reviewed in the futureRyanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06645740147712931581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22055982.post-3704026661604844542007-10-26T05:39:00.000-07:002007-10-26T05:39:00.000-07:00I would head over to the RFP Database any time you...I would head over to the RFP Database any time you're looking for RFPs; if there aren't any currently active LMS RFPs, use the search for "learning" and hit the link for "expired" and I'm sure you'll find some.David Kutcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10595261225719571066noreply@blogger.com
