You item #1 - what peformance are you trying to support - may require very little "training" and other kinds of support can be provided. I currently see 2 issues:<BR/><BR/>1) whether I can get the technical setup right so that full interactivity is encouraged.<BR/><BR/>2) whether the end-users decide to use the system in that way.<BR/><BR/>I figure that ultimately, any training system (or course design, for that matter) needs to take the following into consideration:<BR/><BR/>1) what are you trying to get the person to do?<BR/><BR/>2) what restrictions do you have in accomplishing #1<BR/><BR/>3) what is the best way to encourage #1 while keeping in mind #2<BR/><BR/>4) Given the above - what is the best tool/approach.<BR/><BR/>Sometimes, I feel that in the discussion about the appropriate use of technology we lose sight of the <B>objective</B> of the training - long-term change in a <B>person</B>.<BR/><BR/>Thank you SO much for your kind comments and support.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08148326128914333870noreply@blogger.com
